Ingredients

45ml Frozen Muma Gin
15ml Baldoria Umami Vermouth
1 drop Cetara Anchovy Sauce
1 drop Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preparation

Technique: Stir & strain into a martini glass

Garnish: Edible paper wafer with one drop of anchovy sauce and one of olive oil, to be eaten before the first sip.
