30 ml Casamigos Blanco Tequila lightly infused with hibiscus
15 ml Mancino Bianco Ambrato Vermouth
10 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
10 ml Lime juice
5 ml Eccentrico liqueur with Tonka Bean

Technique: Raw or Fat Wash
You can use a rotovapor, a vacuum distiller that allows alcohol to be redistilled with any idea in mind, including oil. However, oil can also be used “raw”, either poured directly onto the cocktail or shaken in, perhaps using an oil infused with spices or herbs. Another option is the fat wash technique, which allows a spirit to be flavored with fatty substances. The raw method is recommended to highlight the velvety texture, acidity, aroma, and the rich, pungent and almost spicy, flavor of the drink.
