Our Story

The CALDINI family started its activity in oil sector 4 generation ago, in the early 1900s .

After many years we have decided to expand our horizons by devoting our strength to the production of an EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL of highest quality, obtained from our olive groves in Venturina, in the province of Livorno.

We devote ourselves passionately to the care of the soil and the olive trees, to the hand harvest of the fruit, ending the process with a grain, which takes place by simple mechanical and physical separation of the olives.

It is thanks to all these attentions that we have obtained an E.V.O OIL with the strong flavours and intense aromas, typical of the juice just juiced, characteristic of our area: Tuscany
